Worst of the worst Manager in Glen at Mesa, someone in the upper management really needs to have her re-trained or supervised again! I wish to have their complaints contact. I can’t believe that after months she can’t resolve a fridge issue at our unit! The refrigerator is an older unit and hasn’t been working properly for months having us to throw away food cause of temperate changes inside the unit. We requested a new one or for it to be fixed. We called, we visit the office, we even sent an email back in December and nothing has been resolved. And now they are doing this balcony inspections. Our balcony is cleaned and organized she is doing inspections after it rained all night, and yes my dog had few poops in the side of the balcony but my husband picks it up when he’s back from work s

Let me start by saying, we have nice neighbors and have not been harmed thankfully. HOWEVER, do NOT live here if you actually want to live. they want it to look nice and friendly which it is exactly for the fact that they wont let us keep are kayak on are balcony... whre else are we suppose to put it?? it Does not fit in our storage cause its too big and we cant just keep it inside because we have zero room since we are 3 adults and 1 toddler to this apartment. so they charged us $50 for that AND because we keep our trashcan outside the front door. so my problem with that is that i dont want to have 2 trashcans in my apt (the one they provide that they said we HAVE to use for our valet trash every night and then our everyday kitchen trashcan that we bought) we bought the second one because

To Whom It May Concern, My name is [Aja warner], and I have been a resident of Apartment #1204 at the Glen at Mesa apartment complex since 2016. I am writing to share a deeply concerning experience that has left me feeling fearful and unwelcome in my home. On October 21, 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM, I received a phone call from the apartment manager that lasted about 7–10 minutes. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name, but I can describe her as approximately 5’6” tall, with straight dark hair. From the very beginning of the call, her tone felt threatening. She stated that she could call the police and I could be evicted and would not be allowed to take my belongings. Her demeanor was abrupt and dismissive, leaving me feeling powerless and unable to ask questions without fear of r

Im so sick and tired of this place. The management is horrible and never will I come back or recommend living here. We get charged every little thing when i am not at fault. Management never gives an explanation nor has qualified individuals working in their office. Their online portals and systems is not user friendly and we get charged twice making it hard to dispute a transaction when making a payment. They need more training on how to handle simple office practices. I've requested to have something done about the pigeons creating a coop on my patio and management never fixed the issue now my patio turned into a pigeon coop, to add to this the pests that are inside my home have now tripled. I am low maintenance, pay my rent on time. My roof was leaking a stream of water, so I submitted a maintenance request two weeks ago. I've had this hole leaking water for 2 weeks now, and I had to go back down to the office to get someone to come back. This place has a serious communication issue with repairs. Water leaking creates mold and other serious issues that create unsafe living conditions. These types of repairs should not be neglected like they have been. Issue is still currently unresolved.
