I recently moved here from Colorado and my experience with Glass Creek staff has been exceptional. From my first phone call to Benjamin and to follow up calls with the other staff, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Once I arrived and met the staff, saw the grounds and my apartment with brand new carpeting I knew I had chosen the right place. I feel safe here and enjoy the beautiful landscaping and amenities. During my first real interaction with our new management team, they went above and beyond to resolve a tricky package delivery issue I had. The maintenance team always delivers top notch work. The complex is pretty quiet, residents friendly, and close to all MJ has to offer.

I’ve been a resident here for two years now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. The location is convenient, the grounds and amenities are always well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the exceptional management team, especially the apartment manager, Benjamin. Recently, I was dealing with a complicated issue that was stressing me out, and Benjamin went above and beyond to help resolve it. He was patient, professional, and proactive every step of the way, turning what could have been a nightmare into a smooth process. His dedication and genuine care for residents make all the difference.

A horror show! Trash piled up and littering the entire complex, the male manager is extremely rude, the female staff was kind but the awful general manager and the terrible state of the living environment gave me immediately a no especially for such a high price! The landings and stairs have trash everywhere. The apartments are so-so. Nothing special. All the appliances are old and it’s all carpeted and the places are dirty. Who would want to move into this complex? Run don’t walk AWAY from Glass Creek!
