Giguere Homes

We had our home built by Giguere and it was finished in 2022. They were wonderful to work with and the quality of our home is exceptional! It’s been 3.5 years since we moved in and we are still thrilled with the craftsmanship and design. We added the pool and landscaping later so some pics are before and some after. We feel like we are on vacation every day in our home. They treated us like friends and family and we are still so grateful each day we get to enjoy our new home. ❤️

This is the third time I've had a house built. Giguere Homes made this the best home-building experience I've had. I was looking for something more modern than most houses I see. Jim Giguere and Jim Westerlund worked with me to come up with a design that fit my vision. Working with the selections coordinator (Tracie) was incredible. She totally understood my tastes and collaborated to refine every detail. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The quality of construction was excellent. As expected, I identified some issues throughout the build, many of which the project manager (Sam) already knew about and was addressing. We have been in our Giguere built home for 2 years and have been very happy with the final product! The contractors were great and did really good work. Building during the pandemic definitely caused a few delays and price increases, but the staff at Giguere did their best to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend considering Giguere Homes.

Tracy the selections coordinator is amazing, she helps guide all the interior choices and did a wonderful job. Sam the Project Manager and his assistant Brad were both great. Great experience, would build with again.

As anyone who builds their dream home already knows, the process is not without some challenges; the Giguere team minimized that for us. At times, communications during the process might have been better, but we couldn't be happier with our home! We have had occupancy for just over 1 year, and my wife Cheryl and I still can't believe the home that we have. We both feel Giguere Builders provided us with a terrific custom home.
