Georgetown Manor Apartments

I don't think that Georgetown for about going on for years now and the property manager that was there before was horrible mean nasty everything you asked her she had a really bad attitude. There was another young lady that came I forgot her name she was sweet too nice a little slower but still got stuff done. But the new property manager now she's amazing very hands on. You call her she gets the job done. I have not had any renovations to my apartment since I've been here because of the old property manager was very rude. The new manager is awesome thank you

Just got of a call with the emergency maintenance guy about my friend apartment not having any heat since last night and shw has a 2wk old baby. She said she called a 7am and its not 9... no one has shown up and no one was answering the phone again. I call and the guy that answering was very rude. I addressed the concern because he said they are dealing with the "snow emergency. " I said snow is not an emergency because it was in the weather forecast. I was then told " if you have complaints you should call the office not us" and he hang up the call. I had to leave a space heater i had in my car that I use at work with her.

I have been living here for over ten years I can honestly say that I am satisfied with the management and staff.My issues were always taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a peaceful environment to move into.

I was an tenant here for 3 years and it was terrible management and staff until Miss Marsha had came in and started working she is an amazing person and she gets the job done with no hesitation and she goes beyond the expectations and meets every needs and she is always available to help even when it comes to the kids in the neighborhood she is like the mother goose of everything way to go Marsha keep up the great work

Currently a tenant here, they will purposely get your vehicle tow no matter what kind of emergency you may have. They will get your money. Poor management, and unprofessional staff. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
