George Hoffmann & Sons Inc

I have recently had the chance to meet the owners of George Hoffmann and Sons in person, and I can assure you that they are very professional and friendly. Not only that I was very pleasantly surprised with their premises, but I felt a positive vibe the entire time that I spent with their team, which is diverse and competent. In response to the negative review left by Latina87, I have to say that that is understandable if you deal with someone who is uninformed… But, if you are informed and know that both tenants and landlords have a mutual obligation towards each other, then you would understand that what Latina87 refers to as “gossip”, is actually the landlord’s due diligence process, a step in trying to assess the company’s responsibilities, and an effort in keeping the common areas in

This place isn't diverse enough but the Super is the best of the town I wished he could still be my Super still. Owner listen s to gossip to other neighbors that makes falsely complaints. The laundry room doesn't wash or dry clothes properly. The laundry room stays clean. Theirs a woman in one of the buildings that always loud,yells and carry on like a child. She is also a cop caller and a liar she only stops when you call the cops on her. This women and another married couple despise kids with special needs especially a big black boy. I would never recommend this place to anyone I had a very bad experience. I will recommend living on STONELEA PLACE, WEBSTER, AND THE NORTH END. Pelham Road is not diverse enough if your looking for a place that has blacks in my opinion.

I lived at one of their apartment buildings for years and it is the best apartment building in New Rochelle!! The Supers and porters are very hard working and the management takes great care of the building! 10/10
