Buying a home as self employed seemed impossible, but Emilia and her team made the impossible possible for us. They took their time to explain each step along the way. We are beyond happy in our new home. It was an awesome experience, with Emilia and her team.

I am extremely happy with Gateway Mortgage and the fantastic help Emilia Loaiza and her team was able to provide for me. From start to finish, they helped me understand the home buying process, identify the documents they needed, and gave me information about anything I needed to provide for the loan process with plenty of notice so I never had to deal with last second issues with documents! They were able to close on my property in exactly 30 days, and even though it was a quick turn around it wasn't stressful at all since I knew what documents they needed from the very beginning and I was able to turn them in as soon as I got them.

As a self-employed person I wasn’t too sure how difficult it would be to buy a home. But then I met Emilia Loaiza from Gateway Mortgage and with her knowledge she sure made the whole process easy. 30 days later here I am in my new home. Thank you so much Emilia Loaiza!!!
