Garfield Court Apartments

I absolutely loved living here. Been on the property since 2015. Only leaving to head out West. Walking distance from HES and HMS. The High School is Northwestern which has a bus stop not far from the property. Great team and wonderful leasing rates for the area. It’s Walking distance from all the new shops and everything you can think of on Uber eats and Door Dash. Digna has been an amazing Property Manager and my family will miss her dearly. #Art District living

I have lived here for 3 years it has its up and downs but overall the worst. Terrible MGT. WENT UNDER NEW MGT EARLY THIS YEAR AND THE RAISE THE RENT OVER $250 WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS. WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE IN 2013 THERE WAS A HUGH HOLE IN THE WALL I DID MY WALK THROUGH THEY COVERED THE HOLE THE NEXT DAY COME TO FIND OUT I HAD MICE PLAYGROUND OMG IT WAS SO TRIFLING I HAVEN'T LIVED IN HERE FOR 3 MONTHS AND IAM GOING SAY WE CATCH OVER 15 MICE I TELL THE RENTAL OFFICE THEY SAY GET A CAT (WHICH WAS NOT IN MY LEASE) THE MAINTANCE TEAM WAS A MESS NEVER GOT ANYTHING DONE U CAN SMELL IN THE PARKING LOT THAT THEY JUST SMOKE WEED ALL DAY IN THERE LITTLE "OFFICE". OMG THE PARKING LOT SMH I HAVE GOT TOWED TWICE TALKING ABOUT PARKED OVER THE LINE....THERE ARE NO LINES TF PPL PARK ALL OVER THE PLACE

Management is courteous, they maintain the up keep of the property grounds and maintenance is prompt
