Gardner Street Apartments, Boston, MA

Been living here (90 Gardner Street) for two years so far and starting my third. Been pretty happy and feel safe for the most part. Someone complained about sound insulation; but honestly the only time I hear people talking is if they walk by in the halls. I never hear the people to the left or right of me and only occasionally hear people walk above me if they walk heavy. Facilities seem pretty responsive to my requests, and the property manager responds to my emails without any problems as well. Its a perfect location as well with a grocery store, pharmacy and a T stop both 3 minutes away.

No sound insulation at all you can hear your neighbors’ noise clearly Add: after my move out, nobody in the office want to talk about the refund of my deposit. Nobody replied to my email, and the front desk who answered the phone was very rude. Conclusion: DONT LEAVE HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT LIFE.

Say it’s a good place if your a college student.
