I currently live in one of their rental properties and they informed us that they are putting the house on the market to sell so my wife asked how much they are listing it for and I was an unheard of amount with that being said I would really recommend getting an inspector from out of this area that would not personally know this company because this house that I am staying in is not anywhere close what they are asking for it alot of it has to do with the lufkin property management side of it. If the market is the way they are listing this house I will start buying $1000 travel trailers off marketplace and listing them for roughly $75000

Do not try to buy a house if this company listed the house at the market. These people did not even tell a seller that he or she did not have to turn off the gas or water during optional period. My inspection guy could not finish the inspection. I had to terminate the contract because they did nothing to help me to finish home inspection. I paid for nothing because I can sell the inspection report to a next buyer. Optionl period almost ends so I had to terminate contract. Do not trust these
