The staff here genuinely cares. The building is always spotless, I feel completely safe coming and going at any hour, and everyone from the front desk to maintenance treats residents like neighbors, not just tenants. They're always helpful, and their genuine kindness is memorable. They've definitely helped this feel like home. Really grateful for this team, Chad, Holly, Teth, Juan, Haydee, Grace, Steve & Amir. (And the rooftop at sunset, is stunning!)

I’ve lived here since September 2021, and I’ve genuinely loved it. The building is dog-friendly, well-run, and supported by an outstanding staff and crew. Holly and Chad are fantastic—approachable, responsive, and always on top of things. Teth and Juan are equally great: solid, dependable guys who are easy to talk to and take real pride in keeping the building looking its best. When you need something, it gets handled—and it gets handled well. That kind of consistency and care makes this place feel like home.

I've lived here for 3 years and love it! The location is great, and the amenities and community parties make it even better. Also, the maintenance team is always quick, friendly, and professional. Every work order we’ve submitted has been handled efficiently, usually the same day. Teth and Juan are especially wonderful. It's great to have them around the complex due to their efficiency and positive attitude! Great spot to live

Hands down the best apartment we’ve ever lived in! Not only is it incredibly comfortable—with tons of natural light, spacious layouts, and breathtaking views 😍—but the amenities are truly exceptional. From the mess hall and free yoga classes to the cozy shared spaces, game room, movie theater, and fun events like sip-and-paints and seasonal community gatherings, there’s always something to enjoy. The staff is simply amazing. Any maintenance request we submitted was handled almost immediately—huge thanks to Juan and Tephilia for their quick and efficient work. Kudos as well to Holly, 💗 Avi 💗, Amir, and Chad for managing everything so seamlessly. And a special shoutout to Griselda, who always kept the building spotless. We just moved in and were expecting to love the view and apartment itself, but we're delighted to find that Juan makes the maintenance experience squarely among the best aspects of this new living situation as well. He's great - effective, polite, efficient, and very kind. Avy, Chad, and Holly are fantastic as well! We're thrilled to be here and feel very well taken care of.
