Francis Garden Apartments

Lived here for 2ish years. Small apartment complex close to Calstation. Good- Chris is a great property manager, very helpful We had new appliances and renovated kitchen before moving in Never had a package lost (which has happened in modern apartments with gated community in other places). Very safe neighborhood and friendly people. Good parking spots. Convieniently located close to cal train station and grocery. Good and prompt service when requested. Very close to murphy park and school, sunnyvale downtown and AMC, target etc. ai have seen neighbors live in this community for 12+ years. Bad - Old apartments so not modern. Downstairs neighbours might face noise when upstairs people walk due to old flooring. Ugly- Noise. Too many planes going to and fro Moffet fly very close to the roo

1. Lizards are everywhere in the summer. 2. The floor is too thin and guys living downstairs have to suffer from the noise (even talking and laughing can be heard clearly.)from upstairs. Nightmare!!! 3. Hot water always always always broken. 4. Serious planes noise. But the manager Chris is nice and professional.

Airplanes constantly overhead(Up to 25 a day), next to a fire station and the onramp for a busy highway with a constant flow of noisy traffic.
