Foxwood Apartments

Foxwood Apartments is a good community with excellent management (Gloria, Sybil, and Trish). It has great amenities such as a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and a reliable maintenance team. When you submit a work order, they come and fix the issue promptly. The property also offers covered parking as well as regular open parking. The apartments are clean, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and suitable for families. The office is open Monday to Saturday, from around 9 AM to 5 PM.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was truly spectacular. Sybil greeted me with such enthusiasm and immediately made me feel welcome. Her knowledge of the community and the surrounding area was impressive and exactly what I would expect from a top-tier leasing professional. The manager, Gloria, was equally attentive and engaging, taking the time to interact and ensure all my questions were addressed. Although my move won’t be for some time, I would strongly recommend this community based on the outstanding reception and professionalism of the staff alone. The community itself was an added bonus, it was beautifully presented and well maintained.

While visiting my family at Foxwood Apartments l had a great visit. I had the privilege of meeting the manager (Mrs. Gloria). She was very nice. I really like the property. It was very well maintained. I witnessed the maintenance staff outside several times cleaning the property. Which definitely told me that they care for this property and its appearance. This is most definitely a place l would live.

I’ve been living here since 2020, and for the first time in a long while, we have a management team that truly cares. Gloria and Silva are absolutely wonderful—very kind and attentive. I’m excited to see what they have planned for a place so many of us call home.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the new management team in our office. They're extremely friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Recently, I experienced an issue with water entering my apartment unit due to a drain pipe, and they promptly addressed the problem. In the past, it was challenging to get the exterminator to visit and eliminate pests, despite the fact that we pay a fee for this service. However, with the new management in place with Sylvia & Gloria, the exterminator now responds quickly and efficiently. After living here for over three years, I'm delighted to see these positive changes. I look forward to outside upkeep changes because this place use to look so beautiful when I first moved in but after the hurricane thing hasn’t been the same.
