Dirty dirty dirty. Roaches and mice. Roaches and mice. BAD BAD. They let just anyone live here. Constantly complain about anything you have in your yard. Fine you if your grass is over 3 inches but your lease says 8 inches. $1700 to live in straight filth!! They don’t hold anyone to a standard. Broken bounds. Alleys are DISGUSTING. Drains clogged so basement floods, they don’t send emergency services. Gutters are clogged up nothing coming out the down spout. Bathrooms filled with mold. BGE is bullshit here bc there is no insulation and the windows let in all the air and heat. Same thing with the doors. You can see outside through the crack on your door. Yes I have put in work orders for all of these things and a bandaid was put on and now the bandaid has rotted. My neighbors keep a dog loc

My children moved in here and from the beginning there has been nothing but problem, after problem, after problem. The was unit was not cleaned prior to them moving in. Roaches in the fridge, flies in the light, house smelled like wet dogs lived in here. Dog hair in the drier. Trash in the walls. Roaches and mouse along with so many other issues and they've only been there 2 and a half months. Management acts like they're concern but they don't care. I do not recommend. Can't wait until their lease is up so they can move. We've documented everything stated in this review. Whatever respond they put to this review is irrelevant because nothing won't change and no we're not calling or emailing the office. We've done that 1000 times already. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

This place is so poorly run, and the staff are wildly unprofessional. They ignore their phone and emails. They look for any reason to come into your home while you're @ work. They don't actually fix anything, and they get mad & retaliate against you when you advocate for yourself as a tenant. Also, they'll evict tenants and have their furniture strewn all over the front yards for all to see as if it's a humiliation tactic. Keep track of your move-in checklist and document everything in an email to them, whether they respond to it or not. If you're considering this place, then keep looking....

Firstly, let tell you this if you are down on your luck and truly need a place to stay please go some where else especially if you have younger children. The MICE AND RATS, it's not a little problem it's an infection they hire the same sorry company Ehrlich which does nothing, teach them how to move around the traps. They literally will chew through your shoes and clothes of you dont have trash to feed them. The property lashawnda is nasty and is proficient in passive aggression. Dont be late on any payemnts either because they will not renew your lease. YOU ALSO WILL BE FINED FOR EVERYTHING CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY IN THE AREA.

this morning I was driving around the neighborhood thinking about moving there but apparently they allow residents to have pitbulls because I saw one resident's dog get mauled by another resident's pitbull. There were police and animal control everywhere. I don't think it'll be safe for my kids.
