I moved into one of Foxdale Realty's properties in the Silver Ridge subdivision in November of 2017. My experience thus far has been a pleasant one beginning with the viewing and application process. Kim and Jimmy has been nothing but helpful and prompt with their responses to my emails, text messages, and phone calls. I put in a maintenance request on Sunday evening and someone was at my home the very next day to repair my issue. I myself am a Property Manager for single family homes and Jimmy exemplifies the true meaning of a Property Manager as well as Customer Service. He is always willing to assist even on his few days he has off. For a person who manages over 2,000 homes and counting it does not show and he treats me as if I am his only customer.

I would definitely recommend Foxdale Realty for your future home needs. This company deserves more than 5 stars. Jimmy is such a sweetheart! He is sincere, punctual to schedules, available 24 hours, prompt with all our maintenance request and a great customer service. This review has been long overdue. Overall Jimmy has a exceeded my expectations and we are lucky to have such a wonderful property manager. The office vibe is very pleasant and the other associates are very friendly and helpful as well.

I love my property manager Jimmy, he moved me in my home and was very attentive to my needs making me and family were happy and pleased. Any issues that I might have had, he made sure it was done in a timely manner. Also he calls and makes sure any maintance was done correctly and if I was satisfied with the work, I highly recommend him to anyone in a place of renting a home. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in regards to finding a place to rent and the overall process. From day 1 Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and questions were answered. I looked at several of his properties before finally choosing one, but he was always so patient and kind. The community and houses are always nice and kept up, the house I chose was even better at time to move than when I initially saw it and Jimmy made the lease signing process practically effortless. I will defiantly continue to business with this company and have referred friends and family.

I went and viewed a few of the homes in the Silver Ridge Community and simply fell in love. I met with Michelle during the viewings and I have to give her so much credit because Michelle was really sick this day and I felt so bad that she was out in the cold showing my family and I all of these beautiful homes. I even insisted that we can cancel and just meet up another day, but she wanted continue our tour. The application process is quick. You'll know your results in the matter of a few days. Kim is really good at responding to emails and any questions concerning your application process. I haven't met with Jimmy yet; but I've heard very good things about his professionalism and also how well he is with building customer/resident relations. All together this is a really good company!!
