Foxcroft Apartments

This place has so much potential if only they had better management. The management is extremely rude, unprofessional and has a weird superiority complex. I saw a review say It was worse than living in a college dorm room and I 100% agree when it comes to all the rules, random rules they would make up out of no where and how many times a year they had to enter your unit for quarterly “inspections” or random other things they make up ( 7 times in one year was crazy). The units are also falling apart and look nothing like their photoshopped photos. When I lived here they also had contests for tenants to write positive reviews and win gift cards which so take note of that when reading reviews. It was pet friendly but my room mate paid outrageous fees on top of our already overpriced rent

Honestly I was very excited as a prospective renter here . The application process was a bit much but I get it . Everything came back double deposit ( which I was expecting due to a recent divorce / credit concerns ) . I emailed the company and advised unfortunately it was just too much and I’d keep saving and wait for something to come up . Sammi called me back the day after I sent the email and advised I could add a Guarantor to the application to see if that may change the deposit, great news as at this point I was still very interested in living here . Sammi called the next morning and advised that I was not approved and my Guarantor must make $108,000 ( 4 times the monthly rent ) . Between the both of us we make well over that . My grievance here is that you had me pay another $40 app

We have lived here and Coach Lantern, and we have had very little problems. Our particular unit at Foxcroft is pretty updated, it was very clean upon move in. We have plenty of space. The monitor heat is awesome and extremely efficient, so we are very thankful for that. We never have to turn on our electric baseboard heat. We love our back patio space. My only complaint is that we had extreme issues with our fire alarm the first 6 months we lived here. It was extremely sensitive, it would go off as soon as the bathroom door was opened after a shower. It would go off randomly in the middle of the night, and would not stop. After it did stop, it would chirp ever 60 seconds and wouldn't stop until we finally disconnected it after phoning the emergency maintenance line. We had several calls i

Look NO further!!!, this is the place to live!!!! I absolutely LOVE my townhouse, and the property it's self!!! 1. The Management Team is AMAZING!!! plus, all the maintenance people, and staff are Amazing as well!!! and very responsive to your needs!!! 2. Location, LOCATION, and location.... you can not get any better of a location then here, in my mind. Everything you could basically need is less than 5 to10 minutes away!!! Including even the heart of Portland and the Airport. 3. I am very proud to call Foxcroft my home!!!

Think carefully before moving here. Expect to always pay $100-200 more than your lease rent. Very rude and unprofessional management, be prepared to be threatened with having your car permanently towed throughout your lease even if you pay for your parking space. They just towed my car after I had to rush out of state for an emergency and had no one to move my car for snow removal. Very indifferent to people. Management only cares about the property and its rents, not the residents.
