Foxboro Terrace Apartments

I've been living here 5 years now and love it!! Very quiet the staff is awesome and the maintenance workers are very on top of the repairs kudos to them 💯 I very much appreciate them and staff here I recommend this place to anyone ☺️😸

I had the worst experience as a visitor at Foxboro Apartments. I do not recommend living here or even visiting. The management team, particularly Paola Garcia, was aggressive, belittling, and screamed at me just for having my dog off-leash for a moment. As retaliation, my sister, who wasn’t even present and had no idea this happened, received a three-day notice to comply or vacate. On top of that, management stalked me on social media and watched my stories—extremely unprofessional and creepy. I highly advise anyone considering renting here to do your research. Talk to current residents and ask about their experiences. Sadly, I’m not the only one who’s been treated poorly by Paola or the management team.

I've lived here almost 5 years and been through 2 different property management and many office managers. But now they have 2 amazing people in the office, Amanda and Daniel that genuinely care about the tenants and their needs. They are very helpful and very polite. They are very kind to my kids and always say hi to them and know their names, that is huge to me. I would definitely recommend people to live here.

We’ve been here almost 3 years, paid rent on time every month. They are forcing everyone in the building to move out for renovations, and they only gave us two months notice. They don’t care if that means homelessness for you and your kids. They want their paycheck, they don’t care about you. There are TONS of better options literally 5 minutes down the street in the same price range. Even if you are a good tenant, they are very political and will pick favorites.

The washer in my unit has been broken for 3 weeks. I've called the office on 4 separate occasions in that time, and each time I've been told it'll be handled within 24 hours. On top of that, our kitchen power outlets haven't worked for almost 9 months. I've submitted 3 requests to get them fixed. Each time, maintenance shows up, looks at it for 2 minutes, says they need to order a part, and then closes the request. They refuse to pay for appropriate trash collection, so the dumpsters are always overflowing. They advertise a 24/7 package locker, but it's inaccessible overnight and on weekends. Almost every communication from the staff includes a threat of eviction, including general letters to all residents. No matter how you pay rent, they charge a "convenience fee". The rent has increased
