Turned in my application over a year ago and no response or word from them whatsoever. Do NOT give them your personal info. You will never hear back!!!

If the units are all full and there is a 2-4 year wait list please be considerate and return phone calls! I also have left messages. Now I know why this is an issue. Many other people in need of affordable housing, are not treated well.

We have made numerous attempts over the last four months to try to reach someone at this location. We have called, we have driven by, and we have even had to go to their sister company to drop our application off because no one was there to accept it at the office after they officially opened. We even paid for the application fee with our application and have not gotten a phone call from anyone. We have left multiple messages, without a call back. This is not good 😊 customer service, and for someone who is in desperate need of housing and is disabled. This is completely unacceptable. I have never had such a hard time, reaching somebody that was supposed to be helping people.

All of their units are full. They are at 100% capacity. The waiting list is gonna be a year-two years. and yet they are still advertising that they are leasing units. Unfair to those who take time out of their day to turn in an application

Very, very nice apartments. Exterior looked immaculate and well-kept. From what I've seen from the space alone, I would seriously consider living there.
