Our Manager of Maintence William here at our apartments has been the BEST ever, he has gone above and beyond working here. Always keeps the driveways clear of snow and ice, always keeps the outdoor clean of trash and debris. Inside the apartment when William does the repair job, you know it is done right the first time, he is very experienced and polite and professional. William is a very hard working man, which is hard to come by these days!

I have been living here at The Forge Gate Apartment Homes for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it. The office management and maintenance staff here are superb and always friendly. They address any concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. I couldn’t ask for a better team: Sandy, Steve, Bill, and Sean- Thank You !

All I can say is the hall way smells like curry that will clear your nose us soon. As you open the main door it will slap you in your face. I hope the management would make a rules that don't open the door in the hall way when u cook

William is kind, works hard and fixes problems at times at the times requested. He also gives treats to my dog when we see him out and about in the community.

william and the whole maintenance team are awesome! they always know how to fix the issues and are super helpful and friendly!
