Forest Ridge Apartments

I have been living here for 3 years and it is a great, clean place! The hallways and laundry rooms are well kept. Emily is very responsive and so is maintenance. The apartment is safe with a locked outside door and in a quiet area. In the winter months, maintenance is great about plowing in the morning.

Perfect apartment. We stayed here in a fully furnished unit for two months and couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was great, parking spots were available, it's right across the street from a free bus stop downtown, and a short walk to Kinnick for Iowa football games. We never had any issues and Emily was wonderful to work with the entire time. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I have lived here for two years. The rent is great, building is clean, the property manager Emily is very responsive. Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a request. Problems are addressed actively if they residents make it known.

Any concerns or questions were answered/fixed in a timely manner. Everything was well kept and it was a great place to live! The property manager was really nice and helpful and she will make sure you are feeling safe and comfortable there.

I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it! Emily (property manager) was super attentive and most importantly KIND which is super hard to come by. They were always timely in fixing things in my apartment and it was a great experience all around.
