Do not move here now that we have new management they don’t care what goes on the manager. Jessica is scared to send out violation notices even when you have pictures and videos of what’s going on she still allow kids to be in the road damaging property and doing what they wanna do Even when you show what they are doing and on top of that she is letting people dump trash they don’t stay here and making our community to look like this and now we have rats Jessica needs to be fired because she is not doing her job all because she is scared of backlash.

I'm not one to bad mouth a business as I know word of mouth goes a long way but just know do your research before you move into these apartments. Yes Ms DeeDee will work with you on getting rent payments in but if you need repairs in your unit just know it won't happen! I lived here for 5 years and things started off great but in the last 2 years my unit was falling apart and NOTHING I mean absolutely NOTHING was being done about. Not too mention the crime in this one little corner of Fort Mill in this complex made me feel like I was living in Compton (no disrespect to my LA folk) but I have been woken out of my sleep by swat and cops pointing guns at neighboring homes in the complex more times then I would like to count! Also look for the rent to go up each year I started out paying 1096$

Still haven’t forgot how much crime and backwards this place was. From swat to robot police to shootings and fort mill is so nice but I think this place brings it down! I cleaned the carpets and all and they still kept my deposit, crooks! Bugs everywhere and they blame it on the palmetto trees 🌴 lol they gave me a parking spot in front of my apt to only have my car towed not 1, but 2x they paid for the first time to get my car out but not the second time, I guess they wanted me to take my neighbors parking spot. Incompetent, unfair, never again.

First and foremost I would like to thank Jessie for helping us with this transition in our new apartment. Jessie's customer service skills are absolutely great! Her attention to our needs was a breathe of fresh. Jessie has a high work ethic and we appreciate that about her. Did I mentioned she is fast! Thank you for your professionalism. Looking forward to living here and all thanks to Jessie's professionalism, quick service and hospitality.

My family and I just moved here.The property managers are very welcoming and nice here. Maintenance is nice as well. We have a lot of space here. I love it for my family. A lot of welcoming families here and children. We blend in well. Fort Mill is a growing great area for your children to grow up and experience their childhood years. Next door to the Queen city with a lot of fun entertainment. Forest Ridge is a nice community!
