Forest Glen

Lived here for 4 and a half years, the first 3 and half were tolerable, but as soon as I was 6 months from being done with this place, the maintenance turned into a bunch or rule barons. There were bugs everywhere, and the ac never got cold at all, dont waste your time applying here, they dont care about you all they care about is how much money they can squeeze our of you.

When I first moved here Chris was the manager. This dude was so close to a slum lord it wasn't even funny. When we were applying to move in, we were treated as if we were dishonest people. My bf works for a tech company and they only provide online check stubs that they can print from their portal. When he provided this, he was treated as if it was fake. The same with my income, which is also printed from an online portal. Our credit scores are decent, but somehow we had to make a deposit that was the equivalent of our rent. Chris would also immediately treat me like I was a liar. I remember on our second month there I paid rent on the 4th and was charged a late fee. I called him and asked about it and he said it was a state law that rent is paid before the 3rd. I told him our last 2 place

Would not recommend anyone to live here!!!! 5 times have we had a leak in the bathroom and into the master closet. Cleaning out the closet and another leak, massive mold spot. Horrible - would give zero stars if possible Edit: 2 Days and just a hole cut into the wall, water still leaking out of the holes - no attempt at a clean up by them - no word on even how long this is going to take. The lack of care is appalling.

I have been living here going on 3 years, and love it. The people in the office are friendly, and always helpful. The maintenance has always been very good, they come the day you call, and take care of any issues quickly. I love my view, right next to the pool, it is kept spotless, because rain, sleet, or shine they clean it everyday. If I could give more stars, I would...my daughter and I really love it here.
