Flying Hills Apartment Company

I have lived here since May (7 months now) and have loved living here. None of my utilities are crazy expensive either. Service electric cable is included for free, but then I pay for the WiFi. I like the area I live in on the grounds, no golf carts in site. It’s a quiet area. Linda the property manager (I think) has been helpful on numerous occasions and so are the maintenance guys!

I’ve lived at Flying Hills Apartment Company for a couple of years. From move-in the leasing team has been professional and helpful. Maintenance completes requests promptly — usually within a few days. The building is clean, parking is convenient, and noise levels are low. If you’re looking for a well-run, affordable place in Reading, PA , I’d recommend checking it out.

I very much enjoy living in Deerfield Village. Properties are well maintained. Repair/maintenance requests are followed through in a timely manner. Location is excellent and within easy distance to shopping, banking, etc.

I’ve had a great experience living at Flying Hills Apartments. The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The staff is professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. The apartments are spacious, clean, and in a convenient location close to everything you need. It really feels like home here, and I would definitely recommend Flying Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress free place to live

I cannot say enough good things about flying hills! Linda in the office is so kind, the day time maintenance crew is so helpful, even the emergency maintenance people are wonderful! If you are looking for a gorgeous wooded area that is quiet this is the place for you!
