Florence Apartments

Love living here. Friendly neighbors that most speak Spanish. Can tell maintenance man lee takes pride in his job and is very patient when we do not speak English very well there is another Maintenance man here I do not know his name but he also does a good job. Plenty of children live here and all play together

I got moved around 3x Everytime I was hoping for good. Never happened. I lived in building 30. my first apartment was mosited all the time I moved when they were upgraded. Well I went to front side than, sewer and neighbors flooded me out all the time vary unhealthy. Got moved upstairs with 250 increase in rent because of the flooding. I really think the managers really did there best but there no hope. Roach's are a issue and there no control of it. I spent a ton of money and still had them. Can't do laundry on site the laundry room was always flooded. Broken beer bottles are a problem in parking lot.

Older construction. Mature trees provide shade. Not enough parking spaces. 😡 Baseboard heat controlled centrally. We were told to turn on a/c units in the walls if apartment gets too hot. 🙄Horrible water pressure in shower. 😤

I have been living here since February of 2018 and I have watched many tenants come and go and continued to wonder why, but I now see this a horrible place to live the property management and maintenance team lie about completing work order and nothing in the apartment was really replaced. I remember when I first came to see the apartment Mike told me that he had the counter tops in my apartment painted instead of replaced and he failed to mention that the rent is one price but you share your sewer utilities with your neighbors so if they run water like crazy your bills are expensive and the bugs ( Omg!!!!!) I have had roaches and spiders in my apartment never had them before I moved here and plus all of my furniture was brand new so it was infested before I moved in and Mike never said a

Older buildings but Lee is the best maintenance person we have ever had that actually cares would recommend them because of the maintenance employees
