Flats South at KCK

I have been living here for only 4 months or less! Have called the office many,many times about A leak it’s literally coming from under the floor borders ! I have a 11 month old who still crawl from time to time & they have done nothing about it ! If I was you don’t even bother coming to live here . I am trying to find away to get out my lease because who wants an Apartment you can’t even walk in without your feet being wet .

I signed an 18 month lease and had a new place lined up as soon as the lease was up. Roaches galour and really high bills since everything needs updating. Oh and they come into your apartment when your not there. They won't let unmarried couples move in and will give you a hard time if you are 2 woman. Church going owner??? That's why there is meth, crack and all kinds of other stuff being sold there. Don't let the price fool you. Live somewhere else!!!

Terrible terrible if you are thinking of moving here don't it's nasty terrible management they have roaches, it's dirty in the halls
