First Oklahoma Mortgage

If you use this company, they will sale your mortgage before you even close on your home and then, they will send you scare tactic letters like the one I received below, to try to intimate you into buying something from them that you don't even have. I have never had a home warranty with them and they have no connection to the property listed. Additionally, this was my only notice, not a final notice. They are using this method to try to intimate people into buying something the person doesn't even have. Just be careful with this company if you proceed with them. Be alert of everything they try to sale you, it is not necessary.

It may have taken awhile to get it done but We are incredibly lucky to have worked with such great people during our home buying process. Due to a title issue on the sellers side we have been waiting for this since NOVEMBER!! We had these great people on our side and they were so very helpful and patient! If you are looking for a great mortgage Lender, Bridgett at First Oklahoma Mortgage was the absolute best! She helped me through so many stressed days and always kept me on track. We will be forever great full for them!

Lori Allen and Clay Carden were my 2 point of contacts for my purchase. First Oklahoma Bank helped me purchase the home and then did a construction loan to do the renovation...then 4 months later closed on my permanent home loan. There were multiple steps BUT both of them worked closely with me and communicated well so it was a seamless transaction!

I would not use First Oklahoma Mortgage again. You will get your closing done but any thoughts on getting a recasting done after or dealing with the absolute joke of a company (Mortgate Clearing Corporation) when they sell off your mortgage. You might as well email yourself 50 times because you will never hear from anyone!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The VP was very rude, disrespectful, and even laughed at me during a phone conversation. DO NOT USE First Oklahoma Mortgage. They lied to me about my FHA loan, and instead of apologizing, were very disrespectful and put the blame on me. I would give them no stars if that was an option.
