Rod Halimi who initially seemed knowledgeable and helpful, processed a reverse mortgage for my mother who is now deceased. The loan closed in August 2022 and was secured by finance of America reverse LLC. My mother passed in October 2022 in working with this reverse mortgage company has been a nightmare. Finance of America reverse LLC is taking advantage of the elderly and their heirs with unethical practices, lack of communication, malicious intent on for closing in order to charge, exorbitant attorney, fees, etc.with unethical practices, lack of communication, with malicious intent on foreclosure or in order to charge, exorbitant attorney, fees, etc. Initially, I did reach out to Rod Halimi, but did not receive much assistance at all. It was very disappointing and overwhelming due to th
