I have been living at this apartment in moorpark for about five years and I have zero complaints about the management. Specifically my property manager, Bella, has been very helpful from the moment I moved in. Very quick responses and attentive to any issues you are having and just a kind person all around. I’ve heard many great things about Conrad, and Bella is a great example of that.

Our property manager Bela has always made us feel welcome from the first time we met. Whenever we had a maintenance problem she has been efficient, responsive, and professional. We had a plumbing problem with our tub and she stayed right on it texting us back and forth and keeping us informed. They had a plumber come in on after hours to take care of it and that was peace of mind. Bela always follows through with anything that may come up. She really is genuine and cares about our apartment complex and the people living here. We have only been here for almost a year and anyone I talk to always has nice words to say about Bela. We are glad we ended up in this complex.

I lived in a property managed by Conrad Property Management for over 4 years and recently moved out. My property manager, Nick Uribe, was always attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He genuinely tried his best to assist with any issues that came up and was very understanding throughout my tenancy. During my move out, Nick was generous with his time and answered all my questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. There are a lot of difficult property management companies out there, but Conrad Property Management is not one of them. I highly recommend them, and especially Nick, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager!

I’ve been living in their building on Eton Ave for two years. Two whole years of fighting off homeless people who stay in front of the building and put me and my baby at risk. Two years of calling to complain about tenants’ dogs pooping and peeing in the elevator where my child has to step. Two years of shady people knocking on my door. I strongly recommend staying away from this agency and definitely not renting apartments from them!

Nicholas was absolutely incredible to work with. He was extremely helpful and knew the ins and outs of rental restrictions, regulations, and laws better than anyone I’ve ever met. His responses were quick, clear, and always on point. I truly couldn’t have navigated everything without him. He’s knowledgeable in every area, went above and beyond, and made the entire process so much easier. I highly recommend Nicholas and will definitely be turning to him for any questions I have going forward.
