Living at White Oak Magnolia Apartments in Encino, CA for almost five years was truly a great experience, largely because of Deborah Collier, our apartment manager. From the first day I moved in until the day I moved out, Deborah was always kind, helpful, and easy to work with. She made everything about living there as smooth and comfortable as possible. During the COVID lockdown days, it was especially comforting to have Deborah’s steady communication, organization, and care. At a time when so much in the world felt uncertain, it meant a lot knowing my home was being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about the residents and the property. Deborah the property manager was a great help in making sure the leasing process was as smooth as possible. She has been so kind and accommodating during a time of great stress. Communication is very easy and any issues are handled promptly. The location is ideal being near markets, restaurants, the freeway, and other resources within walking distance. The unit I'm in has high ceilings, get good sunlight, and is quiet at night. The building is well maintained and any residents I've run into have been so welcoming! I feel very lucky to have found and become a recent resident of White Magnolia.

Recently my family and I moved into the White Magnolia Apartments. Deborah, who is the Property Manager has been absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we contacted her to set up our appointment to see the property and meet her she has been incredibly kind and very accommodating. Deborah has excellent communication skills and is very personable. She responds to any questions in an extremely timely fashion. The external building and units are very modern, impeccably clean, well maintained, very quiet and we feel safe living here.
