Legado Encino

I lived here last year (I’ve since moved out and bought a home), but I really liked Legado. Staff and security were nice. I always felt safe. Location is great. I could leave my packages out all day and no one would touch them. Maintenance comes out right away if needed. I was on the 4th floor and everything was quiet. The only issue I had is the mold around the trash shoots in the trash rooms needs to be remodeled/fixed. And it would be nice if they updated the kitchens as and bathroom to make it more modern and white. Other than that, I enjoyed myself there.

I absolutely love this place. Let’s start off with the Leasing office!!! April & Brittney are nothing short of amazing, super friendly very attentive. I can go on & on about them. The way they decorated the place on every single holiday is just top tier. I truly love how clean they keep our building. Every one of the staff members do their part and I couldn’t have picked a better place to lay my head. They truly take care of any concerns that may arise.

After living here for three years, we are extremely satisfied with the staff and the complex itself! The outdoor amenities are absolutely stunning, and we love being able to take our child there to play. Also after moving from Hollywood we finally feel safe in the building we call home :) shout out to April and Brittany the best managers ever

I will definitely miss this apartment and all the friendly staff at Legado! My husband and I moved to LA from the east coast last July and we picked this apartment as our first ‘home’ in LA. The high rise ceiling and good natural lighting made our one bedroom apartment look enormous. Flooring was newly renovated before we moved in. Thermostat was also upgraded to Google nest upon our arrival. All the minor cosmetic flaws I marked on our move in checklist was resolved within a day. Maintenance is always professional and efficient every time we needed something done. Props to Vince! Our leasing office manager Joanne is literally the nicest person! She responded to all of our questions and concerns promptly and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the residents at Legado. Security w

I’ve been living at Legado Encino for a little over a year, and it’s been a great experience. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. It’s also a quiet, peaceful community, which I really appreciate.
