Fiesta Village Furnished Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like a human being and not just a unit number, Fiesta Village is it! Honestly, they are the best and have truly changed my life for the better. 🏠✨ First off, the office team is the 'Dream Team.' They greet me with actual smiling faces and send the cutest, most helpful messages. They are professional but have a heart—they go above and beyond to help people with bad credit get approved, because they actually believe in second chances. I used to have a disability, and they were so incredibly patient and understanding with my needs during that time. They even gave me a lease extension recently that made my whole month! 🥹🙌 The 'Low-down' on why I love it here: Quiet & Safe: I work late shifts, and coming home feels safe and peaceful.

Resident for 1 year. The place is outstanding. Laundry rooms, Bbq and patios cleaned daily! This Complex is beyond quite and very clean. I have been extremely impressed of how well managed the complex is. Residents are respectful of leasing rules and There is no excessive loud noisy neighbors at all. it’s very easy to pay for your laundry and be informed when a washer/dryer are available your simple laundry app. I renewed my lease without hesitation. I highly recommend Fiesta Village Apts.

The maintenance guy was quick, knowledgeable, and respectful. One thing that I would like to point out is that there was another issue that needs to fixed, and when I mentioned it to him, he said that I can go ahead and fix it myself. Its just a wire that is dangling on the floor so I can easily fix it but I just don't want to get into trouble if I do it incorrectly my self. I have attached an image to this message.

My daughter lives there and she says it's been amazing. Everything is new and clean. Very calm community and the utilities come included with the rent. No issues so far.
