Renters BEWARE!!!! I hate even being forced to click one star. This is a poorly run company with little to no communication with the tenant. Three years I was with this property management company, and it was a complete disaster. The former contact who initially managed the property couldn't be counted on to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. He simply referred you to the tenant portal which I explained the reason I was contacting him was due to no one responded about the maintenance issues, therefore I contacted the office. Broken microwave for one month before being replaced. Broken flooded washing machine one week before a technician came out to look at it, replaced a part, to only have to send the same tech out four days later with the same problem, thus another week to rep

Anna Marie and my manager Kelly were amazing agents to work with on my property, prompt response times , instant service when requested, They helped me with my needs moving out making it a breeze and simple happy process, give them a 19 out of a possible 10 and will recommend Farnsworth reality to anyone who ask for a great property management company, Best Wishes for 2024

The worst. I used them as a management company's. For a rental unit. They let the landscaping die despite a working irrigation system. They can't explain nor do they have accounting for monies deducted from rent checks. Condescending and negligent in their duty. OWNER David and Realtor Kevin are not trustworthy.

No concerns from me. My neighbors are great. PM has always treated me well. Maintenance Vender’s have always been prompt & friendly.
