EXIT Realty Front and Center

I viewed a posting of a property on the southside of Binghamton and recognized it was a house that I grew up in…. I thought the EXIT Realor might like to know that fact and what I could share with them to help them sell the property. I called and was rudely dismissed. So much for trying to innocently reach out to share some history of the property which might have helped them sell the property. The realtor hung up on me…. Today I tried to list my experience on their website and was blocked. I guess only the praise is accepted for posting. Buyer beware…. …. That experience is not one I will forget. “EXIT” will not be one that I recommend to anyone for that reason.

Worst experience of my life! Due to the incompetence of the realtor and the owner, I lost out on almost $70k. They both were rude, insensitive, defensive and did nothing to help sell my house. Thankfully I switched realtors and would suggest anyone currently working with them to do the same. They have no idea what they are doing and should close up shop. Upon reading the Binghamton Realtors Code of Ethics, it's clear that they have never read it. Disgraceful that you could treat someone with such disregard.

As a first time home buyer, Exit Realty Front and Center really helped me find a home that was right for me. Catherine Warner was an excellent realtor that always seemed available to answer question during the home buying process. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recommend them for others looking to buy or sell.

When it came time to sell mom‘s home in Chenango Bridge, we looked for a realtor who understood the area, the schools, and the potential. Wally checked all of our boxes and was excellent when it came to putting a price on mom‘s house, and listing it for sale. He kept us informed frequently And was excellent throughout the entire transaction from start to close.
