We just helped a buyer purchase an Executive Construction Homes new construction in Elgin's Woodcreek Farms and were extremely happy with the home and experience. The home was construction extremely well and all the small issues found during the final walk were addressed and our client was very happy with the final product. The process was smooth from start to finish!

I am active duty military, my wife was six months pregnant, and we had been living in a hotel for three months waiting to close. We were supposed to close the day before Thanksgiving but the house was a mess and not ready to close. After sharing our concerns with the builder, the CEO showed up, and without introducing himself, threw a fit over our concerns, said he was going to sell the house to somebody else and then wished us a happy Thanksgiving as he stormed away.
