Welcome to hell in Tega Cay! I've been living here for 5 months, and I can confidently review this apartment complex. I fully confirm the words of other residents about the lack of sound insulation; I can hear every trip to the toilet my neighbors make. The worst part is that I'm paying 15 hundred dollars for housing that I can't even use. The air conditioning units outside my window are only 50 inches from the bedroom and rattle like construction equipment. You won't be able to sleep in these apartments; you'll hear them turning on 20 times a night. The management doesn't care about your peace and quiet; they'll just say that everything is fine and working, but how it works doesn't matter to them. In fact, the housing is unusable. At first glance, the apartment seems perfect—modern, affordable, with great amenities and a super convenient location. But don’t let that fool you. If you have neighbors above you, prepare to hear every single step they take. Worse than that, I dealt with a wolf spider infestation for months. Their pest control came out personally too but never actually solved the problem. Despite living with spiders crawling around my home, I never received so much as a discount or resolution for the nightmare so we just had to live with it until we ended our lease. To top it off, the secretaries are unprofessional and unhelpful, making the whole experience even more frustrating.

The customer service at Evolve at Tega Cay is truly exceptional. The show unit was immaculately clean and had a delightful, welcoming scent. All of the amenity spaces were beautifully maintained, creating a perfect atmosphere. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping and grocery stores. Whitney and Kristina were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Evolve at Tega Cay to anyone seeking top-tier service and quality living.

Very professional... at first I was like the rent price is ridiculous lol. But you pay for what you get.. I love my apartment. I'm on the top floor I have a lovely view. Spacious floorplan.. I looooovvveeee my kitchen. Christina is amazing. Carly is amazing. Definitely worth the move from previous property.. I had some minor issues but they were on top of it so no need to mention them.. Its worth it. Such a quiet neighborhood..
