Evergreen Terrace Apartments

1 star because I cant give zero. I cannot recommend this complex under any circumstances. The management is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless. From mishandling applications to failing to communicate clearly, every interaction has been frustrating and stressful. A honest a joke to their "professionalism" .

This apartment building is infested with roaches. The people in the office are friendly in the beginning but really don't care about your concerns if you are not Hispanic. I've complained about pests so many times and a package of mine was stolen and they were very nonchalant and unhelpful. This apartment was only a good choice for me because of the price but they need major upgrades in the units and in the rental office. There is also nowhere to park in the complex. I am a young African American woman who lives alone and parking all the way in the back of the complex at night isn't safe and it's unfair when I have a parking pass and the visitors are taking the spots that are designated for tenants.

There's no less than one start, i qualify this place like -10 before i move there they promise clean it up my appartment and finaly i clean it up the dust and los residuos de cucaracha up to my kitchen, two days after i moved there a mouse runed over my feets some days after i trapped 5 mices during night and another 3 mices next night; is horrible!!!!!! The money what i supposed to be saving i spent in poison/pest control for it. I couldnt belive it!!! And any of the ladies who work in the office are not realy nice at all they are before move, but after is better dont talk with they, instead help you they make the life hardest to live in those appartments, don't trust!!!!! im not finish yet, after first month i discovered a bites in my skin, i never ever saw a BEDBUG!!!!!! in my entire li

The problem of parking is crucial and rooms too small. But the staff is very welcoming and especially attentive. In case of emergency the technical service is punctual

People in office are very happy to help and price is right. Parking is ok and school for kids is right acrosss the street ( no need to wait for bus or drive them )
