Did a $300 money order, of course they took $50 for application fee and was told I’ll get the rest back in the mail because I didn’t get approved? This process was done back in December of 2025… and still haven’t received my refund, it’s now March!!!! And now I was told I’m not getting my refund back?
Current tenant and it’s been 40 days since maintenance request nothing has been done. Don’t even know how to get ahold of anyone. I’ll be seeking legal help.
