Evergreen Apartments at New Castle Crossing

Where to even begin...between doors and cabinets rotting off after a few weeks of being here, the half inch gap on the top and bottom of my front door, the landlord special slapped on everything, the mice and various species of roaches that you'll be told aren't there, the windows with almost no seals so you hear everything outside vividly, constant loitering and being watched by people who don't live here. This place isn't worth the time, effort or money they have the audacity to be asking for with all that going on. Update: If i could rate lower than 1 star I would. They can and absolutely will try and blame you for the insects and mice in your apartment. They brought in a replacement fridge to my unit that had roaches, told us we had to keep it, did nothing to fix the problem and then

I mean what can I say aside from what everyone else said. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is truly the worst of them, I deeply regret moving here and cannot wait for my lease to end. Parking is horrendous, dumpsters always overflowing with trash, loud neighbors who smoke in the stairwell which seeps into my own unit, and I could go on and on. It all feels insanely outdated. I rarely use my stove because of how quick it is to set the fire alarm off. There's also so few outlets it almost feels like im being pranked. What is my 1200k+ a month even going to? Do NOT waste your money here, find something else because this is not it.

To be honest I don’t know where to start. The apartment itself is false advertisement; everything has the “ Landlord special”(everything is painted on). Horrible caulking, leading to tiles coming up/apart. Temperature of the water can sometimes be confusing.The AC is wack! The air control is wack, cold in the living room, but hot/humid as hell in the bedroom.Also,none of the windows fit the actual frame of the wall,leading to bugs getting in.Lead pipes/lead paint (like if this still the 80s..) Neighbors can be pretty chill, but that depends on what building you’re in. Plenty of mice,spiders,& wasp (especially when it’s warm outside) in the apartment.. it can be “home”..good luck:)

Apartment complex in convenient location with decent pricing and helpful staff. Recommended!

This is not a place to call home. I live here for only one month and this is my second time without heat now it’s no heat or hot water for 3 days now. Now that it’s raining my ceiling top is falling down. Ever since I move in my Refrigerator drawer don’t work. I keep calling and sending out emails but nothing is not getting fix. If you not homeless and indeed of a place don’t go here. Problem ever since I am moving on my first day. And not to mention about the parking it’s bad. I can’t even get a parking where my unit is. This is just not okay for someone paying their rent and living unhappy.
