While the experience of building our house with Evans Homes wasn’t entirely without its problems, we are ultimately extremely pleased with the now finished product. Most of the trouble that we, personally, experienced was with a former employee. But once it was brought to the attention of Mike Evans Sr, communication was simple, clear, and immediate. All of our outstanding projects were completed within just a few weeks. Evans Homes use some of the very best vendors in Bucks County, particularly Y & G painting and trim who worked with Freedom Millwork to do our fireplace and living room built-ins. They did beautiful work and we definitely plan to hire them again for future projects. Paul Greenberg and his guy, Andrew, did the tile work in our kitchen, laundry, & bathrooms and again, we are

They built our home in 2016 and possessed no project management skills. They don't communicate anything to the homeowner, but they thankfully use very good subcontractors to build a quality house. They still haven't completed items from our walk through checklist covered by their 1 year warranty and haven't returned a phone call or email in over 2 years.

Wonderful experience buiding a home with the Evan’s family. Very professional and detailed. A much better experience than using a national builder like Toll Brothers.
