Highly recommend avoiding this place. Shady people who will hire a small business to do their work and not pay you when it’s completed (going on over a year). New property manager every few months and will give you the run around about “needing to get it approved by owners” and the cycle just continues. Would not trust them with a dollar or being the ones providing a roof over my head.

We have the best maintenance worker . Austin goes above and beyond ,when you put a work order in, he is on top of it never had to wait a long time comes, and does his work always respectable He’s definitely better than all of the other maintenance workers we had I see him picking up trash by the dumpster every day he’s here because we have lazy people that refused to put the trash in the dumpster. He keeps the property well-maintained.

Great place to live. Maintenance Mr.Alston is excellent keeps things clean and in order. The property manger is a very sweet humble gentleman. Who handle things when he is ask and stays on top of everything as needed !!!

I currently live here and it's the worst. The kids throw trash all over the stairs and ground. It sits there for weeks before anything is done about it. The stairs and breezeway leading to your door is covered in black stains from spills..The noise level is outrageous. This place needs extreme work. I will not be renewing my lease here..

I WANTED TO SAY THAT Elijah the manager is always there in a timely fashion when I need to pay my rent and handles problems that arrive I wanted to say that Austin the maintenance man is a wonderful young man kind and a hard worker always does an excellent job!
