This experience at Equus Capital Partners' Madison West Elm began on a positive note—great ambiance, a pleasant environment, and promising vibes. However, the situation has dramatically deteriorated since the management decided to evict all residents from the building due to a burst pipe in what is supposed to be a brand-new apartment complex. Flooding throughout the building! One must wonder if they cut corners in building this apartment building. Unfortunately, their handling of this crisis has been nothing short of abysmal.
