The outdoor part of MV Apartments looks pristine clean with an amazing landscape and this is a great first impression for future residents. I just wish that the cleaning attention would be the same for the indoor hallways, with duty, floors, dusty walls, staircase, abandoned bicycle under the staircase. For the price we pay here, we deserve a better service and a more healthy clean environment.

This experience with Madison Apartment Group's Madison West Elm began on a positive note—great ambiance, a pleasant environment, and promising vibes. However, the situation has dramatically deteriorated since the management decided to evict all residents from the building due to a burst pipe in what is supposed to be a brand-new apartment complex. Unfortunately, their handling of this crisis has been nothing short of abysmal. Communication from the management has been nearly non-existent. Many residents have been relegated to living in hotels, with little to no clarity on what to expect. For example, they inform residents whether they need to extend their hotel stays only at 9:30 a.m., forcing those with regular office jobs to pack up their belongings, load their cars, and scramble to boo

I experienced issues with Madison’s electronic payment process and system. Instead of helping me to resolve they consistently charged late fees and then entered me into a process for troubled payers without any flexibility to resolve. I am so disappointed with my experience and the bureaucracy of their approach. I will say that no matter how frustrated i became, the employees remained very nice, composed and treated me with the utmost respect. However, they had no ability to take any action outside of their corporate approach

The maintenance is top notch, as well as a very friendly staff. The property is very clean and well kept. My only complaint is the cost. The rent for a two bedroom apartment is WAY too high, with additional costs they don't include in the initial rent price such as community water, community gas, etc. It only really comes out to about an additional 60-80 a month, but it adds up. Other than that, we love living here.

Still waiting for a refund check for my $500 refundable deposit since June 17th 2025. They are not very responsive and Lexus was very abrasive to deal with. I have service dogs and Madison West Elm will force you to go through PetScreening.com in the application process. Problem is that if you have a service dog you are not required to have to use any third party service like PetScreening.com. Under the Fair Housing Act which is Federal law. All you are required to do under the law is provide Madison West Elm with a reasonable accommodation request in writing. Thats it, yet Lexus outright refused to accept the request and continued to try to force me to go through PetScreening.com.
