The Caswell at Runnymeade Farms

My husband and I have been here for over 1 1/2 years. Our experience here has overall been a pleasant one. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and spacious with pretty views (ours faces outward), and great kitchen. Management has been friendly and helpful especially Shane. Most maintenance issues we have had were handled quickly and efficiently. We have enjoyed using some of the amenities such as the gyms, pool table, media room, outdoor pool and there is a nice walking trail connected to the complex. They schedule themed events that include food about once a month which is a great place to meet residents. We have found residents here to be nice I guess a few negatives may be you can hear residents above or below you at times, a few non essentials in common areas need fixing, and a fe

I’ve been living at the Caswell @ Runnymeade Farms and have found the Community to be A beautiful place to live. The management does so much to keep The residence engaged in community events often . I’ve been very impressed with all of the events that I have attended and I feel that they management goes over and above what I have ever expected. I have met new friends everyone I have met and their pet have been endearing. in my opinion the atmosphere is very relaxed and a safe environment. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained.i searched a long time for a new place that i am proud to call home. Beautiful place to live! My family was displaced for 6 months and Audrey and Shane went above and beyond to get us in quickly. Very clean, lots to do and beautiful grounds. Some residents may do better at a retirement community - the typical noise and chaos of families bothered some, but 95% of the residents were so nice and kind.

We moved in to Caswell more than a week ago, but since day one our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. What a place, what a community. First off, location is amazing sitting on the edge of a huge national park, very quiet, you feel like living in the countryside yet very close to the city and the airport (20'). Apartments are modern, classy and well equipped with high level of appliances. The whole complex is very secure with modern access technology remotely operated with your smartphone. Common areas are spacious, stylishly furnished and packed with all kinds of entertainment facilities and equipment. Full size, temperature controlled swimming pool and a dedicated large jacuzzi mini-pool make you feel like you were at an all-inclusive 5* hotel. Professional golf simulator equippe

I’ve only been living at The Caswell at Runnymeade Farms for about two months, but I already feel right at home. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My apartment is bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a joy to come home to every day. The management team has been fantastic—friendly, professional, and quick to address any questions or needs. Neighbors are warm and respectful, which really adds to the sense of community here. The location is perfect too—close to everything I need while still feeling tucked away in a quiet, scenic setting. Overall, it’s been an easy transition and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’m looking forward to many more months (and years) here!
