Ventry at Edgmont Preserve - Carriages by Rockwell Custom

We are Buying a carriage home from Rockwell and are very close to our settlement date. The process has been smooth outside of a few inevitable hiccups along the way. The project managers, Conor and Brett have been amazing. They never say, “no” and have accommodated us in every way. While this is not an inexpensive project, the location, amenities ( the community center is gorgeous) and neighbors that we’ve already met, are as nice as anyone could want. My wife and I looked everywhere for 2 years and Ventry was the clear winner. We are over the moon excited to start our next chapter at Ventry.

We moved into a Ventry carriage home after living in Willistown for 20 years. We were a bit nervous about the move and change but Onorine, Bret, Conor and Hayden of the Rockwell team made our experience terrific. We moved in ahead of schedule and this team has been extremely responsive (and friendly) to work with. We are delighted with our new home!

My husband and I recently moved into Ventry at Edgmont. We could not be happier with our decision to join this community. Our builder team of Conor and Bret have been stellar in responding to all of our questions, concerns and minor issues. Once construction is completed this will be a beautiful place to call home

We recently moved into The Carriage Homes at Ventry. As with any new move/new construction there were kinks and repairs to be worked out. Our construction manager was Hayden. I cannot say enough positive things about this individual. Always responsive, timely, professional and pleasant. Having built several homes before this, that is not often the case. He is a valuable part of the process and always finds a solution to the problem.

We have recently moved into Ventry and have been very happy with the entire team. We love the unit, it is spacious and well built. Working with Bret and team has been great, they have been very responsive to all our needs.
