The Station at Newtown Square

I had a great experience living at The Station and would definitely recommend it. Maintenance was always quick to respond, and the community events really made it feel welcoming. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. A special shout-out to Eric for doing such an amazing job keeping the building spotless. He is always friendly and kind, and especially sweet to my 3 year old. I also loved the elevator access to all floors, the close proximity to shops, and the fact that the area is quiet and feels very safe.

We can’t say enough good things about The Station at Newtown Square. From the moment we arrived, Bernadette and the entire team made us feel welcome and truly at home. They went out of their way to accommodate us, and their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The clubhouse, pool, and amenities are all top-notch, and the maintenance team is quick, thorough, and reliable. What really made this place special for us is the sense of community. They host fun events and share local spots to explore. The location is perfect, just minutes from a local farmers market, Whole Foods, great restaurants, and a short drive into Philadelphia. Highly recommend.

I moved in here about two weeks ago. The apartments are gorgeous and well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic for the price. The people are kind and I enjoy the people that work in the leasing office as well as the maintenance staff. I am very happy here. I paid for a year and plan on staying longer. Update: I needed a two bedroom apartment quickly. I really did not want to leave here, but i knew of a few places nearby in case there was nothing available. I went to the leasing office, I think it was the next day, I told them that I needed an apartment and I needed it within the month. I’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s been fantastic! The complex is always spotless, the gardening is always on point, and the amenities are well maintained. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and the front office staff are always extremely kind and helpful. Truly felt like home!! This place will always have a special spot in my heart!

My family recently spent three months in a furnished two bedroom at the Station at Newtown Square. We had spent almost a year between four different furnished/corporate rentals while we searched for a home in a tough real estate market. The staff and customer service at the Station was truly exceptional. During a very lengthy time of transition for our family, Aaron and Bernadette were kind, responsive, flexible and so easy to work with. When our departure date changed 4-5 times as our house was delayed, they made it all extremely easy and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. As someone who has worked in customer service/client relations for over 30 years, they provided truly exceptional service and would stay there again in the future if needed.
