Going through the first home-buying process, I felt very grateful for Fred Elflein guidance. Copies of the loans documents were provided to me in advance for review. I never felt as though I was forced to sign documents without explanation. He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. We closed quickly and on time thanks to Fred and his team! Also, I was so happy to find out my closing costs were much lower than expected. The service Fred provided can't be beat and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home! I would certainly do business with him again!
