RENTER BEWARE ! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! upon move in I was told the cleaning company couldn't come out so I was told I would get $75 off my rent to do the cleaning myself. This was ridiculous to clean a large 3 bedroom 2 bath home. After move in the oven didn't work. It took 6 months to replace. Not a penny taken off rent for the inconvenience of using a microwave for cooking for a single mom with children. The deck was falling apart and I tripped over broken boards multiple times. This was never fixed! I was told the owner was military and they couldn't reach them. So my family's safety was jeopardized. As soon as my lease was up I moved out yet was charged for ridiculous items and one was cleaning! I did the move in and move out cleaning myself ! I was also ripped off by Kelly and her husban

The property was show to us by Kristina N. She was very professional and helpful. Upon move in, there were multiple maintenance issues that we discovered. Sonia M is our maintenance coordinator and she addressed these issues quickly and professionally, and has sent us communication texts which we appreciate. The Maintenance man Ken communicated with us via text. He came to the property and replaced old broken locks, installed a fire alarm, and noted other maintenance issues that will be looked into.
