I am one of those tenants that preserves my rental and takes pride in making a house into a loving home. I love my home so much and have had quite a few hiccups with making sure my household responsibilities are taken care of before additional bills. It’s haaaaaard on the other side of those walls and I couldn’t imagine being misplaced. There were a few instances where I had to make adjustments to my rental payment date. My anxiety would be through the roof..but Ms. Jacquelyn Boyd👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾….this beautiful soul made me feel like I would be ok. Not just rent wise but life wise. She’s the type of soul that inspires you to do the very best you can, advocate for yourself and do the right thing. This company needs to employ customer centric individuals who understand the fact that without customers and/or tenants, there would be no business to run and there would be no jobs for them to have. I’ve been a tenant under Encore Management for almost one year and this is the worst company I’ve ever rented from, in regards to the ways in which they’ve handled me as a tenant. My original leasing agent, Marquis, was amazing and helped make my experience here okay. He focused on client care and resolving problems that arose. However, specific individuals in corporate have always been focused on short-termism and prioritized business over positive tenant relations and long-term tenant satisfaction. This is by far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. After living with a different rental company for over six months after leaving this community, it became very clear how poorly this one is run. I moved in in 2022 when the neighborhood was brand new. The move-in process was smooth, staff were helpful at the time, and we were required to put down a full month’s rent as a deposit in order to move in quickly. We lived here until summer of 2025. The home itself was very poorly built. We began having serious AC issues in the summer of 2024 and could never get the problem properly fixed. Maintenance repeatedly sent different companies out, but nothing was ever resolved. We eventually had to buy multiple portable AC units just to make the home livable during the summer. Another ma

I applied for Pine log Townhomes in Conyers GA and met with Melissa around Monday morning. Melissa informed me that she did not have a townhome to show us that particular day but she allowed us to tour the leasing office 3 bedroom. We liked the 3 bedroom and when we applied for one address 1239 Woodlyn on our application but Melissa decided to give us another address 1157 Charming Pines Place without checking with us first. Didn’t even give us a chance to see the townhome and make sure we were satisfied with it. Melissa informed me that our townhome didn’t have a patio. Didn’t ask if we wanted one either. I took a drive over to the townhomes today and was not pleased at all. First of all she didn’t have a right to decide our townhome for us that we didn’t even approve and supposedly

I was very happy with my home when I moved in but on January 1, 2025 my downstairs flooded with sewage backup due to the builders placing a tree stake in the sewage line at the time the home was being built. Because of this I have lost some of my items in my home, my floor has been pulled up, baseboards have been cut out, in my hallway, bathroom and pantry. Mind you the company who pulled the floor up did not take up all the floor where the flood happened. Andrea whom is the property manager stated on January 1, 2025 someone would be coming out to disinfect my home because sewage is hazardous and toxic. NO ONE HAS COME OUT AND DONE ANYTHING. So it is now January 16, 2025 and I am still in a home where sewage residue is in my floor, under my baseboards and this is sickening and disgraceful!
