The Zillow ad is just to get you to engage or contact the office. The options look beautiful and in a nice area but whatever listing is on Zillow is never available but they always have a pricier apartment available. 1 star since the office is responsive but the overall experience is dishonest.
I only spent one year at Encino Verde, overall great experience. Excellent management, Simion was a phenomenal on-site manager he is extremely professional. I would highly recommend this complex to anybody looking to live in Encino!
It's another safe spot of Encino. The building is really old though. Everything is still too low, like for short people. Don't get me wrong I'm sure myself I had to lean over a lot and now my back is feeling it. I came to visit a friend and there's no visiting parking, so you have to find it on the street.
