Day1 move in found ants. Apartment cleaned but constant seeing a lot. After moved in Encasa was very passive about the ants crisis. pest control only come in once a week and sometimes skipped without notification. Ants is living in the construction of the building. gap between floor and wall. gap between cabinet and wall. Encasa construction in poor quality. living in horror everyday.

It’s been 4 years in this property and it’s really amazing to live here . It’s is not just an apartment complex it’s make you feel home always. Very safe and amazing environment. Office people Ms Dosanjh , Jacob, Jose every one in leasing office and maintenance ppl are amazing. They always organize parties, lunches breakfast dinners for residents occasionally as well as Us holiday which makes you fell so special and treatment you receive is like best hospitality. Highly recommended to all the Bay Area people if you are looking for place to live come here and experience this world class experience.

If you like living with ants, you should live here. If you like the idea of ants going into your bed as you sleep, you should live here. Never have I lived in an apartment like this. I payed extra for housing with the expectation I wouldn’t need to deal with these problems. These photos were taken at least a week apart. New problem seems to keep arising. Update Oct 2025: new problems (there are now rats scratching inside the walls). The reply seems to suggest that pest control will come and solve all the problems. They do come but it seems to be a bandaid to a real infestation. To note, I’ve been dealing with ants for the past MONTH AND A HALF. The complex is perpetually messy and depressing place to come home to. The smell of drugs and obvious usage is pervasive throughout the property. This isn't an occasional issue; it’s part of the fabric of this community, and it creates an incredibly unsettling and unsafe living environment. Package delivery here is a total joke, or rather, a constant risk. There is no secure locker hub, which means delivered key, FedEx, and UPS parcels vanish constantly. Expect your online orders to become expensive donations to local thieves. The car situation is even worse. We deal with regular car vandalism and the very real threat of carjacking. We lived here for 2 years and I would definitely recommend living here to anyone interested! The leasing staff are all extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the property. They were always quick to help us out with any questions or issues we had. Maintenance requests were typically handled within a few days. We frequently used the pools, gyms, and other amenities and they tended to not be too crowded. There are also community events once every 2-3 months where they give out free food. A few things I would've like to have known before moving in: Parking - The parking here was better than most other properties we toured, but still wasn't perfect. We eventually were able to have 3 assigned parking spots after ~6 months on the wait list, while other properties said it wouldn't eve
