Jerome Davis is denying people who vouchers can cover the rent if not even more then what’s listed because no section 8 which is illegal based on fair housing act ! I would be sure to get them informed on the rules of fair housing act before confidently denying tenants who have vouchers which isn’t okay even other property management’s agree that’s not legal at all but Rochester housing will be dealing with this issue if your property isn’t getting rented this 9/10 why ! With prices going I know for sure I would pick tenants who have guaranteed pay ! Like most landlords say

Tell your realtors that a new roof doesn’t mean a mostly new roof with two rot spots (that are going to cost thousands of dollars to fix)that were never even touched. (Old roof still remaining) He should have known because he was a realtor for seller and buyer.

I would recommend working with this group to potential home buyers. They were excellent people to work with and very knowledgeable in the home market. I they were recommended to me by friends. We bought our home in February of 2020 using Empire Realty Group. Cheryl White was our real estate agent. She was amazing! After losing out on the first home we fell in love with she got right back to work and found many other homes to show us. She made it very convenient and scheduled multiple viewings in one day so that we could work full time and house hunt.
